A year of personalized, dedicated care with Dr. Sophocles, a nationally recognized expert in Women’s Health, HRT, Menopause, Sexual Health and Healthspan. Includes:

• 1 90 minute no-rush initial consultation- a deep dive into your medical history/ journey, concerns and the creation and start of a plan to address any issues as well as to optimize your health and wellbeing 
• Quarterly (4) 1 hour appointments (virtual or in person)- these don’t have to be scheduled quarterly, whenever needed and can be broken down into 8, 30 minute sessions
• Unlimited access to Dr. Sophocles through messaging through the portal (with prioritized response time) and options for 15 min calls to go over quick follow-ups such as medications, lab results, etc
• A dedicated team of Dr. Sophocles, Faiza- medical coordinator, and Jen to fully manage your high-touch, concierge care (you can always reach out to me by phone (203-605-2997), email, text, etc
• Focus on holistic, whole-body, cross-discipline healthcare to optimize both healthspan and lifespan
• Unlimited referrals to top specialists
• Unlimited lab work/ scans/ prescriptions (to the location of your choice to optimize insurance coverage)
• Weight Management Program included (if desired)
• 1 Free touch-up MLT (if desired)
• Access to discounts on brand partners, exclusive events/ webinars and more

Cost: $4,700 paid annually or $1,250 quarterly ($5K)

Bespoke Membership

Bespoke concierge membership is offered to a limited group of women who want a comprehensive, high-touch healthcare experience. Women who want to optimize both their lifespan and the quality of their life. It’s healthcare for women, by women, like you’ve always wanted. It is everything included in core membership plus so much more. Luxuriously long visits. Unlimited regular check-ins and follow up visits.
